Today, I went down to Redondo Beach to officiate the marriage of Lynne & Laurie from Sante Fe, NM. They were a wonderful couple, 19 years strong! It was such an honor to perform their ceremony and get to know them. I met up with them at their relative, Lisa’s, house. She and her fiance Rich were also really awesome people!
The 5 of us headed to Hermosa Beach for the ceremony at sunset. Since I had my camera with me from taking pix at the beach earlier, I took some photos of them before and after the wedding. We danced on the sand to “Going to the Chapel,” then I performed the ceremony. After, we held hands in a circle and danced and sang along with “Over the Rainbow (50 First Dates version)” before walking back to the cars.
What a great night! I love performing weddings!!!
