Tonight was Women’s Night Out at M-Bar in Hollywood. I have never been before, but it was super fun. Elysia spoke about breast cancer and her upcoming surgery. We raised $97! There was also a phenomenal hula hooper there: Anah Reichenbach of Hoopalicious. She was a semi-finalist on America’s Got Talent. Damn, she sure does have talent! There was an LA Times Columnist, Pat Morrison, talking about the propositions. She was really interesting! I think I’ll start reading her column! There was a singing group after her, then something really incredible… a man (the one and only man performer of the night) who could whistle poly-phonically. His name is Gerrin Berry, and he is a former member of Sha Na Na. I’ve never heard whistling like this. He’s one of few in the world who can do it!
Anyhow, it was a really fun night. Now, time for water, cat cuddling and bed 🙂
