So, this week was a good and busy one. I have had a lot of trials lately, and I think I’ve succeeded pretty well.
Monday, Nov 9th – Worked on the Lola Felli launch, and I can’t remember what I did that night.
Tuesday, Nov 10th – Worked, went to John’s to clip Penemue’s claws and hung out with Jenni & Stuart til John got home. Around 8:45pm, headed to Springbok for Bar Trivia. My team consisted of Sandy, John, Emmett, Greg, Evaun & Matt. We had an up and down game, sticking around the middle ground for most of it. In the end, we were probably in 4th or 5th place, then we bet 25pts and got the final question right thanks to Sandy! We won 1st place!!! $80 bar tab!
After trivia, I headed down to Hollywood & Highland to hang out with Kyle.
Wednesday, Nov 11th – Went to Amoeba to drop off two boxes of DVDs from my car. Then, I headed into the office to work on the Lola Felli launch. It was a really busy and good day! After work, I think I came home and relaxed, but I can’t remember.
Thursday, Nov 12th – Worked a long day at Lola Felli, getting closer to launch, then I probably watched TV or something. Again, I can’t remember.
Friday, Nov 13th – Worked a very very long day, prepping for launch. Ran around to 4 different Michael’s and to Target to get supplies. After that, Kyle met me here and we went to the Towers for a Red Green party. We ended up watching one episode, then playing Trivial Pursuit on the Playstation. Somehow, the night flew by.
Saturday, Nov 14th – Slept in a bit, then walked to Billy’s Deli with Kyle for a bagel. At 3pm, I had a wedding to perform, then I took a nap. At night, I went over to NoHo for Greg & John’s Bar Crawl. I picked up Violet at Paquito Mas and then we drove to the Snug. Violet, Greg, Ricki & I had a buttery nipple shot and V & I split a Madres. Emmett & I ate some Nerds candy, and we all chatted about random things.
At 11pm, the group moved on to NoBar, and I headed home to get some sleep. Only thing is, I couldn’t fall asleep… I was so wired about the bridal show coming up!
Sunday, Nov 15th – Woke up super early and Billy’s Deli for a bagel & coffee, then drove to Pasadena to meet Meghan to set up the Lola Felli booth at the Bridal Showplace tradeshow.
It was a really great tradeshow. Our booth was very popular, and our display looked so beautiful! I got home just after 5pm, and got ready to go to dinner with John & Sandy. We stopped at Best Buy first, as I needed to buy the Canon S90. 😉
We got to Koji’s around 7:45pm and had Shabu Shabu. Yum!!! After, we hung out at the bar for a while. Kyle was bar-tending. He made Sandy & I some super yummy drinks!
John, Sandy & I headed home around 10:30pm, and Kyle came over at 11:30pm. We watched some of the Muppet Movie, then went to bed.
Monday, Nov 16th – Got up pretty damn early and performed a wedding at Fremont Park, got bagels & coffee at Billy’s, then headed into work after going in the opposite direction to the sign place first. Work was good… strategized about where to take the company, and how to implement positive changes.
This should be a great week!
