I woke up at 8am, fed the cats and got a shower. I had an interview with Disney at 10am. It was a great interview. The job is a long-term temp (no benefits), but I really could us a job right now and I felt so energized once in the building! It was great to see character everywhere! There was a beautiful Alice mural of her falling down the rabbit hole in the stairwell. Really awesome! I ran into my friend Laurent too! He just started there 3 weeks ago. I worked with him at Stores. I’d be working with him too! I will find out tomorrow if I get this job! Wish me luck!!!
After the iView, I went home for a bit and moved my computer desk and cleaned up all the cords and dust behind it. My allergies were so bad after that!
I took Gracie & Sandy to the vet at 2pm. Sandy’s eyes are all weird and Gracie’s lips are swollen. Turns out that Gracie may be allergic to ceramic (bowl for eating) or possibly the vinegar mix that I spray her with when she’s bad. The vet thinks its the former, but told me to change the vinegar/water to just water in case. Gracie also has soft poo. Bah! Sandy may have a respiratory thing. All the cats are on vetri lysene now… immunity builder! We’ll see how they are in a week.
I got home close to 4pm, spent some time cramping on the couch and then worked on the computer room again – vacuuming and finishing putting together all the computer attachments.
Lyse showed up at 6:20pm or so, and I fed the kitties. She & I then went to Katsuya at the Americana for a Barfly shop. The food was excellent! We got some damn good martinis too! Mine was rose flavored!!!
Got home just before 10pm, emailed a few people back, checked CNN for updates and now I’m typing this. Tomorrow, heading to WB at noon to stalk stage 19 (Pushing Daisies) and roaming around the lot for 2 hours. Then, home to pack and heading up to Lancaster in the evening. I’m shooting Greg & Katy’s wedding on Saturday morning!!!
