So, after searching for hours, I have come up with nothing. There are no jobs that I could do that I qualify for and would also pay my bills. I really want to advance my career to a point where when I apply for jobs that say 8 years in Project Management or Operations Management, I can say, “I have that!” Right now, it looks like I may have to go back to admin, which takes me drastically further away from my career and any possible progress. I am not giving up yet though. I can’t!
I went for an interview with a rep at AppleOne’s full time, perm division. They told me to call them back on Friday. The really liked me, but jobs are very scarce for them, and they’re one of the largest recruiters in the area!
I also went to T-Mobile to figure out what to do about my phone. It doesn’t ring. Not good when it comes to job hunting! Luckily, most people email instead of call. They’re sending me a new phone next week to replace this one. My speaker is dead apparently.
At night, went to Trivia. We got 2nd place by a long shot 25pt bet in the final round. We were the only team to get that question right! Three films where Al Pacino plays a character named Frank. I had no clue, but a few people on my team collaborated on it. It’s nice to win a few dollars once in a while!
In a depressing note, I did not win the lottery.
