One thing that bothers me almost more than any other is the abuse and murder of animals. As you know, I am a vegetarian. I understand that people in some areas must hunt for food to eat. I am okay with that to some degree. I believe that if you do hunt an animal for food, you should use every part of it (like the Native Americans did). I also believe that the majority of Americans do NOT NEED to kill an animal for food. They can choose to buy groceries supported by Humane Farming (which is somewhat ironic in itself, but still better than nothing).
There is really NO reason to hunt; and, hunting for sport is just plain evil. How could any moral, loving, good-natured person kill a helpless animal? It’s no different than those people who beat and abuse pets! They are all helpless animals against our guns and machinery! It pains me to think about all the abuse and hunting that takes place each day in this world. It really hurts me… brings me to tears.
